In this special Christmas episode, Gregg Wallace follows the production of Quality Street, Nestle's famous chocolate assortment, at a factory in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Cherry Healey makes her own gingerbread Santa and also goes to Germany and sees how glass ornaments are made. Ruth Goodman treads the boards to find out how panto became a particularly British festive phenomenon.
